Born on the 26^th day of September 1986 to an Insurance salesman and a Hair dresser, Basola Victor was born into a humble beginning but with a very strong determination to succeed against all odds. A very brilliant student with very high hopes of graduating with at least a second class upper degree, so as to secure a “good job”, Basola could not achieve that dream because of his collision with destiny. This happened the day He came across a book by Napoleon Hill titled “THINK & GROW RICH”. That day, he concluded that he didn’t need his University certificate to make it. This was later confirmed when with his 3^rd class certificate in Biochemistry; He secured a “good job” with SNEPCO as a contract staff shortly after graduating from the university.

Due to his unquenchable thirst for knowledge, Basola attended several business trainings, leadership and financial seminars while his mates where in the classroom studying to pass with good grades. Worthy of note was the “HOW TO FIRE YOUR BOSS” seminar organized by the success coach himself; Uju Onyechere in the year 2005 at Maxim Lotus Hotel, Warri, Nigeria. That day a strong desire to become a speaker was birthed in the young Basola.

While on holidays, armed with just enough transport fare to get to Uju Onyechere’s office situated at No 35, Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Basola left Ajuwon-Akute, a suburb that shares the boundary between Ogun and Lagos state to seek after wisdom. That day, after drinking from the wisdom of Uju Onyechere, Basola Victor trekked back to Ajuwon-Akute a journey of over 4hours but with a resolve to do whatever it would take to achieve success.

He worked with SNEPCO for one year and later resigned to form what is today known as Business Skills Africa Limited, a growing consulting group based in Benin City, Nigeria that offers to forward-looking individuals and discerning corporate organizations the benefit of world-class Enterprise Consulting, Training Interventions, Project Management, Business Writing, Visual Branding and Human Resource Management.

Basola Victor™ is a multi-gifted and multi-talented individual who through excellent use, training and practice has become an institution. He is a seasoned Author, Business Speaker, Psalmist, Preacher, and Enterprise Consultant. A delightful and inspiring writer, Basola works as a Book consultant and editor for several Top flight Ministers, Business Leaders and Senior Pastors within and outside Nigeria. 

He is the author of two fast selling books; “The Keys to Starting a Successful Business” and The Spirit of Creativity” and host of the popular business programme “Radio Business School” on Radio Nigeria (101.5 Bronze FM) which ran for 7months between July 2012 and January 2013.

Basola is actively involved in a number of projects that supports Youth entrepreneurship, Church Growth, as well as the development of Enterprise culture and economic regeneration of Nigeria through Sustainable Business Growth.

Basola is single, a native of Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State and holds a BSC in Biochemistry from Delta State University, Abraka coupled with diverse certifications from different training bodies and organizations. He is 27 years old and resides in Benin City.
